Return Process
- 1.Notify Our Team
Contact our customer service department via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return request and obtain a Return Authorization number.
- 2.Prepare for Collection
Ensure all furniture items are disassembled and repackaged in their original protective wrapping to prevent any damage during the transit back to our warehouse.
- 3.Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our logistics team will coordinate a convenient collection date with you, or you can arrange to drop the items off at one of our regional distribution centers.
- 4.Quality Check and Refund
After our specialists inspect the returned goods to confirm they are in original condition, we will process your full refund minus any applicable collection fees to your original payment method.
